The ability to adapt to market changes and changing career demands has become a central skill for everybody in the modern workplace. First generation immigrants to countries all over the world are under constant pressure to adapt, build networks and ensure they are resilient to career shifts and market changes. From the perspective of immigrants to new countries and new markets, this webinar presents an eight factor model of resilience and share how people can learn to enhance their ability to be resilient and rise above challenges in the workplace, some of which have been compounded by COVID-19, but others have been around for much longer.
