With over 20 years experience in the public and private sector, Tayseer opens the lines of communication between clients, customers and businesses to deliver IT projects. Since completing a Master of Science in IT and Management from Sheffield Hallam University and obtaining PMP certification, Tayseer has managed projects at Cisco Systems Canada, CIBC Bank and Metrolinx.

Co-founder: Hanadi Alnawab
Hanadi has been teaching at The Faculty of Business, Humber College since 2006, and currently holds the position of Program Coordinator for the Bachelor of Commerce – Digital Business Management degree program.
Within her academic role at Humber, she started and continues to successfully lead the Humber Online Solutions; a unique multidisciplinary experiential learning program connecting industry with post-secondary education. Hanadi has been recognized as the recipient of the Distinguished Faculty Award 2018, and the League For Innovation in the Community College – Innovation of the Year Award 2019. Maali Albalt is a Technology Professional and Agile Coach with over 10 years combined experience in leading teams and delivering client-focused projects in Software Development and Enterprise Networks.

Co-founder: Alaa Yagoub
Alaa Yagoub has over 17 years of IT experience in the banking industry. He holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Mansour University in Iraq and a Master’s degree in Information Technology Security from Ontario Tech University in Oshawa, Canada.
Alaa is interested in Big Data and Data Science; he has work experience in the architecture, design and development for big data and data science applications, with excellent development skills in Java(Core), Scala, Python, and SQL. Currently, Alaa works at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) as an Architect and Technical Team Lead in the Risk area in which he is responsible for the automation of the applications for IFRS9-Data completeness, P&CB, and BCAR.
